1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of the MedicAble Advisory website and the general basis on which a visitor may contact the firm. MedicAble Advisory is a UAE-registered advisory firm based in Ajman Free Zone, UAE. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Nature of the advisory relationship

Website pages, articles, podcast material, tools and responses to an initial enquiry are general information only. They are not a promise that MedicAble Advisory will accept an instruction, provide a particular service or achieve a particular result. Browsing the website, sending an enquiry, speaking with a representative or receiving general information does not create a client relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, agency or physician-patient relationship.

An advisory relationship begins only when the parties separately agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing, confidentiality and other applicable terms in writing. A signed proposal, statement of work, engagement letter or other written agreement will control the relevant engagement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Website content

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but content may be incomplete, historical, subject to change or unsuitable for a particular decision. Nothing on the website is a substitute for professional advice tailored to the facts of your organization. See the Disclaimer for important limits on healthcare, regulatory, legal, tax, investment and other decisions.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, logos, marks, graphics, page structure and original materials belong to MedicAble Advisory or are used with permission. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not copy, republish, sell, scrape, frame, modify, create derivative material from or commercially exploit the site or its content without written permission. Any permission may be withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, harvest contact details, or send unsolicited commercial material. You must not use the site or its content to make a clinical decision about a patient or to represent that MedicAble Advisory has endorsed a product, service, provider or transaction.

The website may link to external sites, social platforms, media hosts or other resources. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators and terms. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean MedicAble Advisory endorses, verifies or assumes responsibility for the destination, its availability, content or privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability connected with a signed advisory engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreed terms, not by general website content.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, with the courts or competent jurisdiction associated with Ajman Free Zone, UAE, to have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that requires another forum or law. The final wording should be confirmed by qualified UAE counsel before launch.
