MedicAble Advisory does not publish a universal refund, fee or notice schedule here because consultations and advisory engagements may be individually scoped and contracted. This page describes the operating approach for scheduling and cancellation. The signed proposal, engagement letter, statement of work or other written agreement for a particular engagement will govern if it contains different terms.

Consultations and meetings

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or meeting, contact MedicAble Advisory as soon as reasonably possible using the details in the booking or enquiry correspondence, or email omar@medicable-advisory.com. We will confirm whether a new time can be arranged. No cancellation fee, notice period, deposit treatment or refund entitlement is promised by this general webpage; those matters apply only if expressly agreed for the booking.

Signed advisory engagements

For an active engagement, cancellation, suspension, postponement, termination, outstanding work, reimbursable costs and any payment consequences are handled under the written engagement terms. Where those terms are silent, the parties should discuss the practical effect promptly and record any agreed change in writing. Ending an engagement does not automatically erase information that must be retained for legitimate business, security or legal reasons.

Client responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details, notify us promptly of changes to attendees or decision-makers, and avoid sharing confidential information through an unsecured channel. A missed meeting, delayed decision or late change may affect delivery, but no consequence is stated here unless it has been agreed for the particular engagement.

Updates and contact

This page may be updated when the firm’s contracting process changes. Before launch, qualified counsel should confirm whether a separate booking policy, engagement schedule or consumer-facing cancellation term is required for the services actually offered.
